Scope and Contents

The Austin Williams Collection consists of digital files of A/V content for the production of the 2018 film "The Ordinance Project." The film, which was directed by Austin Williams, is about how a human rights ordinance protecting gay men, lesbians, bisexuals, and people with HIV/AIDS from discrimination became one of the most controversial pieces of legislation in Kansas City's history.
