Matt Schultze, P.E. from Black & Veatch, returns to "Building Kansas City" to discuss the improvements to the combined sewer system in the Northeast Industrial District. The plans include a zone of green solutions in the NE section of downtown KC and a sewer separation along Chouteau Traffficway north of Front St. View the detailed plan here.
