This series is located in box 2, folders 5-8. Folder 5 contains various booklets on Labor Union constitution and bylaws. Folder 6 relates to court cases and legal petitions, including Kansas Pacific Railway Company vs. Jerome Kunkle, and a brief by B.F. Stringfellow that would hold unconstitutional donations to railroad companies to aid in the construction of their roads. Folder 7 contains an Address on Public Service by P.S. Eustis, Passenger Traffic Manager for the Burlington Route, dated April 1914. Folder 8 has one item of personal correspondence and miscellaneous greeting cards, plus one luncheon invitation at the Aztec Room, Hotel President.
