Series consists of eight sub-series: (1) correspondence between America’s Best Attractions (ABA) and other talent agencies, artist representatives and production companies. This includes mostly business letters, as well as mailers, flyers, artist listings and availability, newsletters, telegrams, receipts, newspaper clippings and press releases. Individual artist promotional material has been pulled and is housed under the series Artist Packages. This sub-series is organized by agency or agent representative name; (2) direct correspondence with artists, organized by artist name; (3) correspondence related to television shows; (4) direct correspondence with talent buying individuals and organizations; (5) correspondence related to advertising and promotion, such as with advertising agencies and radio stations; (6) correspondence with individuals and agencies interested in an ABA franchise; (7) correspondence related to the wider entertainment industry at-large such as entertainment venues, entertainment industry conferences and organizations, and travel agencies. It includes letters, mailers and flyers, and is organized by organization name; (8) miscellaneous correspondence. Correspondence is contained in boxes 1-5, and oversize box 11.
