From the Sub-Series:

This addition consists of personal and professional files dating from 1941 to 1995, with the bulk of the material dating from the 1980's, and is comprised of address cards, project files, China files and media. As compared to the initial gift and subsequent additions, this material has little subject arrangement. Folders were kept in original numerical order, where extant, with publications contained within by title. When it could be determined, some folders were annotated on the inventory as to subject matter. Text in brackets is information supplied by the Archives for further clarification.
