Scope and Contents

In the late 1930s, Edgar Snow, Nym Wales, and Rewi Alley established the Chinese Industrial Cooperative organization, Indusco. Snow's primary responsibility as chairman of the Membership and Propaganda Subcommittee was to build public and financial support for Indusco. Indusco was most active through the 1940s.
