Documents include argument notes taken by Justice Whittaker, Conference Discuss lists, opinions assignments, some internal court correspondence (library, reporter, etc.), and some memos re: other Court business (rules, etc.) This series is organized first by miscellaneous memos, then in chronological order beginning with the earliest year.
