Scope and Contents

This folder contains two separate images of Ernestine. The first of these images is a black and white copy of a photograph that was clipped from a newspaper. Attached to copy is a card is an autograph that contains the message, “In art, life, in life, truth!” This autographed card bares the date March, 10, 1932. The second image is a black and white photograph of Ernestine taken by deVose in San Diego. Below the photo graph is an autographed message that states, “To Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hormer in deepest admiration, and gratitude. This message was written in Kansas City, Missouri, and contains a date range June – July, 1928.
