Series IV contains legal materials. These include copyright information and applications, songwriter’s agreements, song contracts, and mechanical licenses. They also include various documents related to performance-rights companies such as the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP) and Broadcast Music, Incorporated (BMI) (correspondence with these companies is housed in this series, not Series I). Additionally, there are documents relating to Garrity’s publishing company, Wyandotte Music.
