Notes from an interview, 1969 (Handwritten Manuscript, 3 pages). Wilson was one of the police officers called back to duty after Tactical Alert Phase II (a police response protocol) was implemented by Chief Kelley. He describes Lena Rivers Smith confronting the police line at City Hall, and was the officer who gave the order to release tear gas on the crowd.
