Scope and Contents

A Crestwood Homes Association Broadcast containing a dramatized history of the Crestwood neighborhood in Kansas City, MO since the death of original landowner, Isaac McCoy and its acquisition by the J.C. Nichols Company in 1919. Fred G. Buffy, J. Mercer Zick, C.E. McLaughlin, and other members of the Crestwood Homes Association also tout the advantages of living in the neighborhood; Side two is a music program containing performances by children living in the Crestwood Neighborhood.
