Scope and Contents
This series has been divided into four sub-series and is located in box 13, folders 33-36. Sub-series A contains various event programs, including a memorial service program for Jay McShann. Sub-series B holds flyers and handouts, while sub-series C consists of various posters. The posters are located in box 16 and Map Drawer 25. Sub-series D contains miscellaneous promotional booklets.
