Located in box 1, folders 1-37, and box 2, folders 1-38; contains typed, photocopied, and printed scripts of plays by a variety of American, Danish, Finnish, French, German, Hungarian, Icelandic, Norwegian, Polish, Russian, and Swedish playwrights. All of the non-American works in this collection are here in English translations, apart from one of the Russian plays, which is in the original Russian. The Danish, Finnish, Icelandic, Norwegian, and Swedish collections are notable for being largely contemporary works, rarely if ever performed in the United States.
