Scope and Contents
This series is located in boxes 9-12 and oversized box O1, folder 6; and contains periodicals, comics, and various artwork. The periodicals range from 1950s Playboy to 2000s The Hollywood Reporter. The comic books included are diverse as well, with Walt Disney comics, MAD Magazine, horror comics, and adult-themed comics; the latter including a subset of works by Robert Crumb. There are various other pieces of art, including prints, a scrapbook of cut-out newspaper comic scripts, and a painting by Johnson of Alfred E. Neuman.
