Scope and Contents
Elizabeth Martin was an administrator at Children’s Mercy Hospital from December 1936 through February 1955. Materials relate to Martin’s tenure at the hospital as well as her prior and post affiliations and career activities. This series is located in box 5, folders 13-24, and boxes 6-10; and is divided into six sub-series: A. Biographical/Correspondence, B. Missouri State Nurses Association, C. Research Hospital, D. Richland County Hospital, E. Children’s Mercy Hospital, F. Georgia Brown Blosser Home for Crippled Children, G. Ephemera/Memorabilia. Sub-series E also contains photographs.
