Richard Ward Fatherley was born in Norwalk, CT on August 20, 1940. Richard spent his career in radio, working at stations WSTU, WNHC, WICC, KXOK, WFUN, and Kansas City's WHB. He was named Billboard Magazine's 1983 "Personality of the Year".
