Biography

William “Bill” Randall Williams was born on November 30, 1950. He remained in Kansas City until his death on December 21, 2002, attending Rockhurst High School and earning his Bachelor of Arts in economics and Juris Doctor from UMKC. Williams was a practicing attorney in the Kansas City area for 28 years. In 1982, he was elected to the Jackson County Legislature, where he served in the 11th District from 1983 to 1986. He was a member of the Little Blue Valley Sewer District Board of Trustees.
