Biography
Sidney Willens was a Kansas City based attorney, famous for being an “activist lawyer” and working cases relating to victims of abuse by law enforcement officers. He was the subject of a 2015 biopic "The Hellraiser – The Legacy of Sid Willens". Willens is responsible for creating the Kansas City, MO Office of Community Complaints in 1970.
