Biography

Kuan-Mien Lu had a leadership role in Indusco, or the Chinese Industrial Cooperative Association. Indusco was founded in 1938 by foreign and Chinese activists to establish Chinese grassroots industrial cooperatives during the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937-1945).
