Biography

Patricia Billings is an American inventor and sculptor. She is most widely known for inventing Geobond, a non-carcinogenic fire-resistant building material. She went on to receive several more patents for building materials between 1997 and 2008. She is the founder of Geobond International, Inc. Since her original patent, Billings has received widespread acclaim for her work with the development of building materials from Popular Mechanics and St. Louis Post Dispatch to several books on engineering, inventors and more specifically inventors who are women.
